   • Lead full-stack delivery of SaaS platform features for enterprise ERP data archiving and financial-data workflows — development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement in an Agile/Scrum environment.
   • Introduced SAP and QuickBooks ERP support to the BlueAcrobat platform for the first time, expanding product coverage beyond existing ERP archive workflows.
   • Added customized AI-agent capabilities and financial reporting features, enabling users to automate analysis, generate insights and interact more effectively with archived business data.
   • Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories, prototypes, workflows and data flows, while supporting product demos and communicating technical value to customers and internal stakeholders.

   • Delivered hands-on technical work for R&D program engagements — software/AI/networking prototypes, experimentation platforms and supporting documentation — to accelerate proof-of-concept validation for clients.
